Ten luxury residences in Miami Beach's South of Fifth, one of the most coveted addresses in South Florida. Ocean Park wasn't competing on scale; it was competing on identity.
I led the full creative direction for the project: brand development, logo design, website, penthouse brochure, digital campaigns, OOHand a suite of custom illustrations that became the visual thread woven throughout every touchpoint, from the sales gallery to digital. The illustrations weren't decorative; they gave the brand a handcrafted warmth that set it apart from the cold, render-heavy aesthetic typical of luxury real estate marketing.
The project sold out at over $2,000 per square foot, remarkable for a non-oceanfront property, and a result that reflects what happens when the creative work earns the price tag.
