Missoni Baia asked a specific question: how do you market a 57-story luxury tower to international buyers when the brand's equity is entirely in fashion, not real estate?

Working at Fortune International Group, I led digital campaign conceptualization and execution for the full sales cycle. The creative approach leaned into Missoni's iconic visual language, the patterns, the color, the Italian sensibility and translated it into content that spoke to a luxury buyer who might never have bought a Missoni dress, but wanted to live inside one.
