The Standard Residences

The Standard has always been a hotel brand built on a point of view — irreverent, design-forward, culturally plugged-in. Translating that into residential real estate meant convincing a luxury buyer that a lifestyle, not just a home, was for sale.

I led digital campaign conceptualization and execution for The Standard Residences Miami — their first-ever residential project. The creative challenge was maintaining the brand's distinct edge while speaking to a buyer audience with different expectations than a hotel guest. Every campaign touchpoint, from social content to event invitations, had to feel like The Standard: considered, a little unexpected, never generic.
